The Cape sugarbird (Promerops cafer) Feasting on Some Fynbos

I am fortunate enough to live close by stunning fynbos areas. In these protected areas, countless birds feast on the local flora. I was lucky enough to catch this stunning bird. I followed him/her through some thick fynbos bush but I managed to take some photographs of this stunning bird. Truly one of our most beautiful in my eyes. Please enjoy this stunning bird friend! (*P.S. A note from Wikipedia on this bird's name: " the name "cafer" is Modern Latin for Caffer, an adjective meaning South African, or of South Africa (Caffraria)."

An Artistic Black and White Photograph

When I edited these images, this one "screamed" to be black and white. I think it came out nicely.
