There is something to eyes which only a picture can capture. When you look into someone's eyes, they are constantly moving about, but when you take a photograph or make a drawing of someone's eyes, you capture a rare moment in time.

The rapid movement of eyes can be captured in the artwork itself as well. The above sketch tries to capture that rapid movement and in some sense chaotic behaviour when your eyes dart around.

Adding a splash of colour can transform the eyes into something captivating. Looking someone in the eyes can be daunting, because it might reveal more of yourself than what you might want to give away.
