Freshly Baked Sourdough Bread: 50% Whole Wheat and 50% Spelt

I started brewing beer in 2013. Due to an extreme drought in Cape Town and due to studies I could not brew anymore. I changed my "fermenting" habits to bread making. There is nothing like a fresh slice of bread in the morning, and to know that you put your hard work into it (and to know what is in the bread) is really rewarding.

The best thing is to share bread with friends, listening to everyone's stories, seeing them enjoy the bread.

It is sad that people do not eat fresh bread more often.
