Hi everyone! I haven't had the opportunity to share some good B/W photographs due to schedule problems and just life getting in the way of posting! In any case, please enjoy this sad post of a friend that is normally cheerful and happy. It looks like it is contemplating life and what it is worth!

Now I know that we mostly read our own feelings into animals' reactions, or more academically, we anthropomorphize emotions. In any case, I think this then reflects my own contemplations into life now that Covid has hit most people. Life will not be the same, but that is also a false statement to make: life goes on and we need to adapt to change. This little wagtail staring into the water looks like it is about to give up on everyone and everything, but just after this image I took one where he or she was happy again. Let this cheer us up, it certainly cheered me up.
