Cape sugarbird (Promerops cafer) Having a Late Afternoon Lunch

I went to visit my granddad more inland from where I live (South Cape as to me living in Western Cape). We stood outside and this beauty just happened to fly by and have some late afternoon lunch. It was late the afternoon and luckily my granddad had his camera with him. I took it from him (as he is not that agile anymore) and took a couple of photographs of this stunning bird! If I remember correctly, during the mating season their tail feathers grow to this length. In the winter (not the mating season) they have regular tail feathers. Please enjoy this beautiful bird! Stay safe.
