Every winter I struggle to get active. This is the first time since my last actifit post that I made more than 5000 steps. The winter gets into my bones and mind, and I just sit the whole day.

The rainbow symbolises many things. I wish it symbolised the end of winter, but alas it is stil so cold!

I hope everyone is still active and healthy and safe.
