It is winter here and the “weeds” are flourishing. Especially chickweed and dandelions. Also, my rocket and basil is doing well. So I have so many green leafy vegetables or herbs that are flourishing. What is better than a mixed greens pesto sandwich? I love using these greens for a pesto. And using homemade sourdough bread is just a winner. I also worked in the garden, got stung my a bee and worked in the compost heap. I hope everyone is doing well, staying active and just being healthy.
