Today was a long day in the garden again. Everywhere in the garden there is Rocket or Arugula popping up from last year’s seeds. It is a blessing and curse. I have so much leafy greens that I compost almost half of it. But it makes for a wonderful salad. I even made a new garden bed for all the new plants. It is amazing how plants just grow and give us plentiful without needing anything except water and a bit of compost. Stay active and healthy everyone!
