I got up this morning earlier than normal to start baking some bread. The smell of freshly baked bread and the taste of the still warm bread is magical. Life is not complete with real bread. It is sad that most people think real bread is what you buy in the store. I wish I could share more of my bread but people just don’t buy into the concept of sourdough bread. It is still an elitist idea from where I am.

Still not close to the 20 000 steps challenge I set for myself even though I played some golf again. First competition round in years and I snapped under the pressure. Even though it was more fun than an actual competition, I still hit the ball well. I guess it is back to the drawing board. I hope everyone is active and well. Stay safe.
