Less steps than usual due to a mountain of emails i needed to respond to and classes I gave online (whilst sitting in a chair). I hate it to sit that long. I worked in the garden for only an hour or so, now i am reading some Fanon. Life is good (except the sitting down). Stay active and healthy.
