Played some bowls again, did a 5km walk, and I worked in the garden a bit. Life is good, but we need to remember that this is due to, in some part, luck. I did not choose to have xyz in life; instead, due to some factors beyond my own control placed me here. For that I am so thankful. Stay active and healthy everyone.
